A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

Although my yoga journey started a few years prior, I found yoga in 2005 when knee and back pain forced me to stop running and the stress of life led me to find something new.  As I lay in savasana after class, I thought to myself, "Oh, so this is what it feels like to be calm."  Thus began my addiction to yoga.

I completed my yoga training in 2011 and  began teaching yoga.  I continued to attend additional trainings and was particularly interested in the therapeutic benefits of yoga.  In 2015 I began my training to become a yoga theraptist and received my certification (c-IAYT) in 2020.
